The Concept Life Condominium is a new development, with several units still undergoing renovations. For this reason, there may be occasional construction noise during certain periods of the day.

The permitted hours for construction and maintenance activities are:

• Monday to Friday: from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM;

• Saturdays: from 8 AM to 12 PM;

• Sundays and holidays: construction work is not allowed.

Interaction with the host is practical and minimal. The check-in is fully online (self check-in), allowing guests to access the apartment independently at the scheduled time. All access instructions are sent in advance. During the stay, guests can contact us via WhatsApp or through the booking platform whenever needed.

Dorival Caymmi toward the Stella Maris neighborhood and access the local streets until reaching Rua Fia Luna.

For guests arriving by car or ride-hailing services, access is simple through the main avenues in the area. The neighborhood has calm and well-connected streets.
