Reservations
To validate a reservation, guests must send the proof of payment along with the following information:
• Full name
• Date of birth
• ID number or passport number
• CPF (for Brazilian guests)
• Address / District / City / ZIP code
• Phone number
• Check-in time / flight number (if applicable)
• Check-out time
• Names of additional guests (if any)

Payment Methods, Reservations, Rental, and Security Deposit
To book one of our properties, a 100% reservation deposit of the total rental amount is required.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, deposit, boleto, PayPal, credit card, or cash at our office.
The remaining balance + cleaning fee + security deposit must be paid upon contract signing and key delivery.
The security deposit will be required at check-in, in cash, and the amount will be predefined for each property at the time of reservation.
To allocate your payment correctly, proof of transfer must be sent by e-mail or WhatsApp.
Your reservation will be validated once our reservations department sends an official confirmation e-mail.
If, for any reason beyond our control, the reserved property becomes unavailable, we will offer guests either a similar property or a full refund of all payments made.

Check-in
🕑 Check-in time: from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Guests must inform us of their arrival time and provide a contact number.
Without this information, check-in cannot be completed.
During check-in, guests must contact our check-in department (available 24/7):

The call should be made at least 30 minutes before arrival at the property.
Once we receive the call, a DEL Property Management staff member will meet the guest at the property entrance.
If the guest arrives before 2:00 PM, luggage can be left at our office during business hours.
Early check-in (between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM) can be arranged for a 50% daily rate fee, paid in advance.
For late-night check-ins (between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM), an extra day’s rate will be charged.

Check-out
🕕 Check-out time: from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
A DEL Property Management representative will meet the guest at the apartment (as scheduled in the contract) to inspect the property, collect the keys, and return the security deposit.
After check-out, guests may leave their luggage at our office during business hours.
If late check-out (between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM) is desired, a 50% daily rate will be charged.
For departures between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM, an additional full-day rate applies.
Failure to check out at the agreed time will result in a R$ 100 fine after a 30-minute grace period.
After 11:00 AM, a full-day rate will be charged.

Cancellations and Reservation Changes
In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
No refund will be issued if the guest decides to leave the property earlier than planned.
Date changes are allowed only with written confirmation from DEL Property Management.
The company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and without refund if:
• The number of occupants exceeds the property’s limit
• There is disturbance or violation of condominium rules
• Parties, use of illegal substances, or unauthorized pets occur
• Full payment of rent or deposit is not completed
If the property includes Wi-Fi or cable TV, DEL Property Management is not responsible for service interruptions, as they are provided by third-party companies.

Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for the rented property and all items within the property or condominium.
Any fines imposed by the condominium administration for rule violations must be paid immediately and may lead to early termination of the rental contract without refund.

Visitors
Some condominiums do not allow visitors.
Please contact us before making a reservation if you plan to receive guests, so we can assign an appropriate property.

Electricity and Gas Consumption
In some rentals, electricity and gas consumption are not included in the rental price.
In these cases, guests must pay for the utility bills corresponding to their stay period at check-out, or monthly for stays longer than 30 days.

Jurisdiction
Both parties agree that the Court of Salvador, Bahia (Brazil) shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
