The Concept Life Condominium is a new development, with several units still undergoing renovations. For this reason, there may be occasional construction noise during certain periods of the day.
The permitted hours for construction and maintenance activities are:
• Monday to Friday: from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM;
• Saturdays: from 8 AM to 12 PM;
• Sundays and holidays: construction work is not allowed.

Interaction with the host is practical and minimal. The check-in is fully online (self check-in), allowing guests to access the apartment independently at the scheduled time. All access instructions are sent in advance. During the stay, guests can contact us via WhatsApp or through the booking platform whenever needed.

PROPERTY CLEANLINESS
The apartment is delivered clean and must be returned in the same condition, with dishes washed, trash removed, and the bathroom in good condition.
EXTRA CLEANING FEE
No cleaning fee is charged in advance. If extra cleaning is required (dirty dishes, excessively dirty bathroom, stained towels), an additional fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged.
LINEN
Bed and bath linens are provided and changed between stays. Irreversible damage or stains may result in an additional charge.
NOT ALLOWED
Parties, loud music, smoking inside the apartment, visitors, and/or exceeding the number of guests stated in the reservation.
