The apartment is prepared to accommodate up to 4 guests, with express check-in and check-out. Guests are kindly asked to follow the condominium rules, especially regarding quiet hours at night. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Pets are not permitted. Our team remains available for support throughout the stay.

The space was designed to provide comfort, functionality, and well-being. The apartment features well-distributed areas, comfortable furniture, good natural lighting, and air conditioning in the bedroom. The integrated living room and kitchen, combined with the private balcony, create a pleasant environment for both leisure and business stays.

Guests will have exclusive access to all internal areas of the apartment. The condominium’s common areas, such as the gym, coworking space, laundry facilities, and other shared spaces, are subject to the condominium’s rules and operating hours. Access instructions are sent prior to arrival.

Interaction with the host is practical and minimal. The check-in is fully online (self check-in), allowing guests to access the apartment independently at the scheduled time. All access instructions are sent in advance. During the stay, guests can contact us via WhatsApp or through the booking platform whenever needed.

The Amaralina neighborhood is located in one of the most strategic areas of Salvador, between Pituba and Rio Vermelho, combining urban convenience with easy access to leisure areas and the coastline.

The area offers a wide range of services and commerce, including supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, gyms, bars, and restaurants nearby. Amaralina’s beachfront is ideal for walking, outdoor activities, and relaxing moments by the sea.

Its location also allows quick access to important areas and tourist attractions of the city, such as Rio Vermelho, known for its nightlife and gastronomy, Pituba, one of Salvador’s main business districts, and the Atlantic coastline that runs through several neighborhoods.
